• Do you have reception opening hours?
  • Yes, our reception open from 8:00 to 21:00. But we still manage for late check in and early check out. So please notify us in advance.
  • For late arrival, please contact from following contact form.
• Am I able to reserve bottom (top) bed in dorm room for my reservation?
  • We have many guests who staying long term, or some guests extend their stay.
    So we can not guarantee the bed preference.
• Do you provide breakfast?
  • No, we do not provide breakfast.
• Is it possible to add an extra bed in a private room ?
  • No, sorry. we don’t accept for adding an extra bed in the room because of the room space.
• About room cleaning for private room.
  • We provide house keeping service for the guests who stay over 5 nights. We will come into your room between 11am to 2pm, so please don’t put your luggage on the bed.
• Do you have currency exchange service?
  • No, we do not have currency exchange service.
    There is the place in JR Hakata station betwenn 8AM to 9PM.
• Do you have age restriction?
  • Yes, we do not accept the group only who are under 18 years old.
• About special request.
  • We try our best for your request, but it depends on the situation.
• Do you receive the parcel for me?
  • We receive the parcel, but please read our rules.
    * Please pay the shipping fee in advance. We do not accept the parcel without be paid.
    * Please specify the delivery date for your check-in date.
    * Please put your booking name and your arrival date on the parcel.
    * We do not responsibility for damage that occurs during transit or after delivery
• Is there convenience store nereby?
  • Yes, there is one 2 minutes walk.
• Is it possible to smoke in the hostel?
  • No, the building is smoking free inside. Please smoke at smoking area outside.
• Do you keep my luggage before the check-in time?
  • YES, the guests who stayed last night, they are checking out at 11am. So we start cleaning then. But we are gladly keep your luggage before the rooms are ready.
• Do you have wireless internet access?
  • Yes, you can access Wi-Fi by your laptop or iPhone everywhere in the hostel for FREE.
• Do you accommodate a big group?
  • Yes, please make a inquiry first from our reservation query form. It would be applied different cancellation policy for group booking.
• Can I leave my luggage after check out ?
  • Yes. We storage for the day. ( Free ) Over night storage is not accepted. But if you back to stay in our hostel, it would be negotiable.
• Do you accept a credit card ?
  • Yes, but Credit card Fee 5 % if your payment is less then 5,000 Yen.
• Do you have car parking space ?
  • NO. but there are many cheap coin parking around hostel.
• Do you have a curfew?
  • NO. but the last check in time is 21:00. after 21:00 the entrance door would be locked for security reason, however the guests can access with password.
• Do you have security lockers?
  • Yes, for dorm room.
• Do you provide towels?
  • We have towels to rent at reception. 50 yen for a big one.
• Is there any rental cycle service available?
  • Yes, we have 2 rental cycles. 100 yen per hour and 600 yen per day.
• Can I buy the plug adapter or voltage transfer?
  • Sorry, we don’t sell them, but we we have rental plug adapter for 500 yen deposit.
• Do hostel rooms come with shower and toilet?
  • No, the shower and toilets are all shared use.
• Do you provide linens? Does room fare include them?
  • Room fare includes linens such as pillow case, bed sheets, and blankets.
• Do you have guest use kitchen?
  • Yes, we have full equipped kitchen for guest use. There are microwave, toaster, hot water, free tea and coffee.
• Do you have a kid’s rate ?
  • No, all our prices are per person price.
• Is there laundry service?
  • We have 1 coin operated washing machine
• Do you have common use PC for internet?
  • We have 2 PC in the lounge room

Cleaning Help staff WANTED

★Working hours : 11am to 2pm.5 days 2 days off a week ※not regular shifts. You are free time out side of working hours.

★Work: Bed making and general cleaning.

★Exchange for FREE ACCOMMODATION!!! ※No salary

★English or Japanese language skill is essential.

★Minimum stay 1 month (Longer stay much appreciated!!)

★You must be healthy, able to clean properly ,having understanding in communally living with our guests, staff and other cultures.
